As a ministry of First Baptist Church MP, our school is committed to offering students a biblical worldview perspective in small class settings that nurture and encourage confidence, critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence.

We are currently seeking applicants for the 2026-2027 School Year for the following positions:

— Preschool Assistant

— Early Childhood Preschool (2K, 3K, or 4K) Teachers

— Lower Elementary Classroom (Kindergarten, 1st Grade, or 2nd Grade) Teachers

— Middle Grades (5th - 8th Grade) Teachers (Math, Science, ELA, or Social Studies)

— Physical Education Teacher (Elementary and/or Middle School)

These are salaried positions, and the work hours are 7:30am – 3:00pm during the 10-month academic year.

The ideal candidate for these positions has the following qualifications:

● Commitment to teach young children from a Biblical worldview and support the CCPS mission, vision, and core values.

● Credentials and/or experience that will meet DSS employment requirements (Preschool positions only).

● Excellent planning, teamwork, classroom management, and communication skills.

● Willingness to partner with parents to offer an exceptional learning experience for their children.

● Proficient technology skills.

● Recommendations upon request.
